Last updated: April 10, 2026

This policy applies to Flowker website, cloud services, and related applications (collectively, the "Services") offered by Micro-SAAS, 7 avenue Jean Jaurès, 33113 Saint-Symphorien, France, SIREN 850 005 919 ("we", "us"). It is designed to align with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 "GDPR" and the French Data Protection Act "Loi Informatique et Libertés".

"Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. "Processing" includes collection, storage, use, disclosure, and erasure.

1. Data controller

For personal data covered by this Policy, controller is Micro-SAAS mentioned at the address above.
Contact: support@flowker.io.

2. Categories of personal data

Depending on how you use Flowker, we may process:

  • Account and identity: name, email address, locale, authentication identifiers, support ticket content you send us.
  • Billing: billing contact details, transaction references, subscription status; payment card data is handled by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
  • Product usage: in-app events, feature usage, crash or diagnostic data, and technical logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) to secure and improve the Services.
  • Software / device: where you use desktop or companion software, device or installation identifiers needed for licensing, updates, and abuse prevention.
  • Communications: emails you send us, Discord or other community channels if you choose to interact there (subject to those platforms’ own policies).
  • Cookies and similar technologies: as described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not require sensitive categories of data (such as health data) to use Flowker. Please do not send us such information unless we explicitly request it for a specific purpose.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to:

  • Provide the Services (contract performance): account management, authentication, delivery of features, customer support.
  • Bill and recover payments (contract / legal obligation for invoicing and accounting where applicable).
  • Secure and improve Flowker (legitimate interests): fraud prevention, abuse detection, analytics on aggregated usage, quality assurance, product development.
  • Comply with law (legal obligation): respond to lawful requests from authorities, retain records where required.
  • Marketing (consent or legitimate interests as permitted): newsletters or product updates; you can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance them against your rights; you may object to certain processing as described below.

4. Recipients and subprocessors

Access is limited to people who need it for their work. We use trusted service providers (hosting, email, analytics, payment processing, error reporting, etc.) under written agreements that require appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.

If providers process data outside the European Economic Area, we use mechanisms recognized by EU law (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and accounting requirements. For example:

  • Account data: for the life of the account and a short period thereafter.
  • Billing records: for the duration required by French commercial and tax law (commonly up to ten years for accounting evidence where applicable).
  • Marketing prospects: up to three years from last contact unless you object or withdraw consent earlier.
  • Security logs: on a rolling basis according to operational needs.

6. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit where standard for the service, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password and protect your devices.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Access your personal data and receive a copy.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Erase data in certain cases.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Data portability for data you provided where processing is automated and based on contract or consent.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

How to exercise your rights

Email support@flowker.io. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also define instructions regarding your data after death under French law where applicable.

8. Children

Flowker is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age required to enter into a contract in their jurisdiction.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. We will post the new version here and adjust the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice.
